This is the top half of a detached stone-built villa with views over the golf course to the rear, and glimpses of the sea to the front. There is a safe enclosed garden to the rear with gate leading to the 9 hole golf course and tennis courts.
The master bedroom has king sized bed with en-suite (walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin). The second bedroom has twin beds plus an extra bed, with a further bedroom comprising twin beds, plus an extra bed. The main bathroom also has a shower over the bath. The kitchen is equipped with Microwave,cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas central heating etc. There is a washing machine in the utility room at the side of the house. This machine is shared with the downstairs flat. There is a spacious sitting room with views of the sea and real fire if wished, With TV and DVD
		The dining area is situated in the hall area with refectory table seating 7. The back garden has patio table and chairs, together with a bar-b-que. There is off-street parking for one vehicle.
There is a telephone which can be used (tel 330505). Calls should be noted and paid for at the end. You will need to bring linen. There are single downies on all the beds.
