sea front with patio garden overlooking the beach (only please note that it
may be wise to keep an eye on adventurous children as the patio is raised from the beach, especially when the sand level is low). |

There is off street parking, and direct access to the beach via a
private gateway from the courtyard. On the ground floor there is a cloakroom with loo and wh basin, utility room with tumble drier and washing machine, kitchen and sitting room/dining area with sea views, leading to a sunny conservatory overlooking the patio and beach. |

bedrooms (two with sea views) and a bathroom (with shower over the bath),
and on the second floor is a master bedroom with wonderful sea views which
has king sized bed and en-suite bathroom (again shower over the bath). The
property is equipped with gas central heating, gas cooker, fridge,
dishwasher, microwave and portable colour tv. There is a telephone, number
01333 330875 (calls noted and paid for at end of stay). You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. The owner request no pets or smoking in the property |
